“Definitely a “must do” Paris experience” Michelle_R,
Dec 2023 – This was the most amazing experience! Highly recommend. When we first arrived we entered the cheese refrigerator (might not be the correct word). Pierre, the owner/master cheesemarker. Went through the different types of cheeses giving details about how they are made, aged, type of milk used, etc. Once completed we went upstairs to the cheese making stations. It was organized such that each group had their own work station. We were all giving aprons and each directed to wash our hands (which we did multiple times through the process). Every step of the process we explained in detailed (including the chemistry behind it). Truly educational and fun for the whole group. At the end, we enjoyed our homemade cheese and butter with a bottle of wine made by Pierre’s brother. Definitely a “must do” experience!
